ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:

1. The road that the proposed entrance connects to, must match your civic address unless, your application is for a secondary entrance. (Eg. If your entrance connects to Oastler Park Drive your civic address must be on Oastler Park Drive).
2. Approval is conditional on the municipal fire route sign being applied and paid for. For more information contact acollins@seguin.ca with Fire/By-Law Services.
3. It is the responsibility of the Owner/ Contractor to obtain utility locates from Ontario OneCall before digging begins.
