Please read carefully:

You are required to apply for a Road Occupancy Permit (ROP) if you are planning any that results in traffic disruptions on a District roadway, including, but not limited to bins, signs, entrances, culvert work, materials and equipment blocking lanes, or the cutting, excavation, boring, filling, additions, or altering in any way, roadways, curbs, sidewalks, boulevards, ditches, and other areas with the District’s Right of Way.

All drawings provided are to be in compliance with the Ontario Traffic Manual (OTM)

Upon completion of any work under an approved ROP, you must complete a “Release of liability” form and send it to roads.permits@muskoka.on.ca
